• Production analytics and reporting
• Financial tracking and business intelligence
• Multi-species support for various poultry types

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use CoopSense, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate farm and contact information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any security breaches
• One account per farm operation unless otherwise approved

4. Acceptable Use

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use CoopSense for legitimate poultry farm management purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
• Attempting to breach security or access unauthorized areas
• Using the service for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Reverse engineering or copying our software

5. Data and Privacy

5.1 Your Farm Data

You retain ownership of all farm data you input into CoopSense. We process this data to provide our services as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for backing up critical farm records.

5.3 Data Portability

You can export your farm data at any time in standard formats. Upon account termination, data will be retained for 90 days before deletion.
